The Hacienda El Terrero rural ecotourism complex is made up of twelve unique and unrepeatable houses and cottages. Each of them has its own independent entrance, which can be accessed by walking through the cobbled streets of our farmhouse, which will make you feel like you are in a small Canarian village.
The distribution and layout of each one of them is different, from houses with one or two bedrooms, to charming studios and spacious lofts. All of them are impregnated with those details of traditional Canarian architecture that make them unique, and equipped with all the comforts you need to enjoy your holiday.
You will feel at home in your own little corner of paradise.
A house to share

Discover one of our most spacious houses, ideal to enjoy with family or friends. Located next to the entrance of our farmhouse, its two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen offer comfort and privacy.
Start the day with your first coffee on your private terrace while enjoying the views of the sea and the cobbled streets of our small village.
A house to fall in love with

Sleep lulled by the waves and enjoy the sea views from your bed. La Barranquilla house is a spacious loft, equipped with kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom with shower, sharing a single space. Its best kept secret is its spacious private terrace, in the middle of an ecological banana plantation from where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the Callado de la Barranquilla, which gives it its name. A place to fall in love with.
Treat yourself to the best views

La Grimona is a small house with a cosy room shared by the living room, dining room and bedroom, with separate kitchen and bathroom. A serene space that invites you to relax and rest.
You will enjoy from its private terrace one of the best views of Playa del Socorro and Grimona. Feel the sea breeze on your face.
Surrounded by historic walls

Our house La Lajeta occupies part of the old wine cellar dating back to 1537. On entering you will find a pleasant room with kitchen, dining room and living room and, in a continuous space, the double bedroom next to the large bathroom with shower.
You will enjoy a restful sleep surrounded by the thick stone walls and under an original wooden ceiling made of tea wood. From its cosy terrace you can enjoy the cobbled streets of the interior of the farmhouse and views of the sea, with the rock of La Lajeta in front of you.
Rural charm for everyone

Our house La Parra is located next to the entrance square of our farmhouse. The house is distributed in a single room that shares a kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom with a large independent bathroom. Its log and wooden ceiling give it warmth and personality. Its small windows will surprise you with strategic views of the sea and the surrounding vegetation.
La Parra is adapted and accessible for people with reduced mobility. Its pleasant terrace, covered by a traditional bower, will give you pleasant evenings under its shade, enjoying the views of the cobbled streets.
Natural essence

The old gañanía of the Hacienda has become one of the houses with the most personality and charm. Its exposed stone façade, its architectural details and the majestic natural stone that opens up in the wall, make La Gañanía one of our most unique houses.
Its layout, with two separate bedrooms, located on either side of the kitchen/dining room, makes it ideal for families. From the living room, integrated in the spacious master bedroom, you can enjoy relaxing views of the Bay of El Terrero. The house is located just a few steps from the infinity pool and solarium, and has a private terrace with views of the Atlantic.
Balcony to the Atlantic

Another of our houses that will leave you speechless. A spacious loft, with warm tea ceilings that have been carefully recovered and restored. The space that houses the living room, kitchen and bedroom is dotted with decorative and architectural details that give it personality. Its independent bathroom has a shower and a handmade volcanic stone washbasin.
Its hidden treasure is on the other side of the door: the panoramic views of the Atlantic that we can enjoy from the bed or sitting on our private balcony. A privileged vantage point from which to enjoy sunsets and moonlit dinners.
Breathing spaces

Enjoy the spaciousness of its high ceilings. The La Palmera house is a space that breathes. A loft in which the kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom live together in a single, large space, together with the separate bathroom.
From its private terrace overlooking the sea you can enjoy the shade of an impressive Canary Island palm tree while you lose your eyesight in the horizon.
A room with a view

The Casa Carrero is located in front of the ocean in the upper part of the largest building of the Hacienda, opposite the old wine cellar.
The bright room that houses the living room, kitchen and dining room overlooks the sea through its large windows, inviting us to sit next to them and let the hours go by as we contemplate the waves and listen to the sounds of nature. Its flat-roofed wooden ceiling, made of tea splinters, gives it a more contemporary look.
You will sleep rocked by the waves and wake up looking out to sea. From the private terrace you will enjoy some of the best views of Hacienda el Terrero.
For lovers of the great outdoors

Casa Parranda is situated in the lower part of the two-storey building facing the sea, hanging over the cliff. A house for those who enjoy outdoor living. Its large private terrace, the largest in our farmhouse, will surprise you with its breathtaking panoramic views.
Its spacious interior, with living room, dining room and kitchen, separate bedroom with access to the terrace and bathroom with shower, offers you all the comfort you need to enjoy your holidays inside and outside.

Although we love all our houses, we can’t hide the fact that we are madly in love with Casa El Socorro. A spacious loft, in which kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom coexist, with direct access to an impressive private terrace with views of the Socorro beach and the north coast of the island.
The bathroom has other surprises in store: a large natural stone that sprouts from the wall and a designer bathtub, where you can relax while contemplating the sea.

This cosy cottage is fully equipped and consists of a kitchen area, dining room, bedroom and bathroom with shower, which share a single, intimate space. From its private terrace you will enjoy lovely views of the horizon and the Hacienda el Terrero.
